1. Pick up empty bag, open and ready for filling.
2. Fill the empty bag, drop to the exit conveyor.
3. The products are sent to the shaping and bagging machine through the climbing conveyor and shaped.
4. Detect metal and check weight.
5. The material is coded and enters the full bag roller conveyor.
6. Come to roller conveyor waiting to be palletized by robotic system.
7. Auto pallet dispenser to send empty pallet one by one to the roller conveyor for palletizing
